Integration

BoldSign integration

BoldSign is an electronic signature service. Agents can send documents for signature (from files, public file URLs or templates), track and list documents, download signed PDFs, attachments and audit trails, remind, revoke, delete or extend documents, change recipients and signer authentication, prefill fields, manage templates, contacts and contact groups, custom fields, brands, sender identities, teams and users, and read the API credit balance. Sending emails real signers and uses one API document credit per document (paid API plans bill per envelope). Not exposed: the embedded-UI link generators (except the signing link), brand create and edit (logo upload), document editing, and identity-verification reports and images. Authentication is a BoldSign API key (API > API Key in the BoldSign app) in the X-API-KEY header, plus the API host of the account's region (US, EU, Canada or Australia).

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in BoldSign.Built from the 71 BoldSign tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with BoldSign

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

How to connect BoldSign

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect BoldSign once

Add your BoldSign connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
