Integration

Bokio integration

Bokio is a Swedish accounting and invoicing service. For one Bokio company, agents can manage customers, items, draft and publish invoices and credit notes, register and book invoice payments and settlements, download invoice PDFs and SIE files, post, reverse, tag and comment journal entries, manage suppliers, supplier invoices, uploads (receipts), projects and tag groups, read the chart of accounts and fiscal years, and create bank payments that a signatory must still approve in Bokio. ROT/RUT tax reduction data (Swedish personal identity numbers) is not exposed, and the OAuth-only General and Agency APIs are not included. Authentication is a private integration token (Bokio settings, API tokens) plus the company id; the company plan must include API access, 5,000 requests per company per month.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Bokio.Built from the 91 Bokio tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Bokio

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Bokio from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Bokio in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Bokio operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Bokio

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Bokio once

Add your Bokio connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
