Integration

Baremetrics integration

Baremetrics is a subscription analytics service (MRR, ARR, churn, LTV and more). Read metric summaries, single metrics over a date range, the customers behind a metric, plan breakouts and cohorts; list and manage customers, plans, subscriptions, one-off charges and refunds in a source; read customer events; manage annotations, goals, segments, customer attributes and cancellation insights; list sources and team users. Every customer, plan, subscription, charge and refund belongs to a source (list_sources): sources synced from a payment provider can be read, only API sources can be changed. Customer records (name, email, notes) are personal data and are embedded in charges, refunds, subscriptions and events too. Authentication is an API key from Baremetrics Settings, API, sent as a Bearer token; this connection calls the production API (the sandbox has its own host and key). Rate limit: 3,600 requests per hour.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Baremetrics.Built from the 64 Baremetrics tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Baremetrics

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Customer, 7 operations

  • create_customerCreate customerPOSTCreates a customer in an API source with your oid, name, email and notes; subscriptions can then be created for it.
  • delete_customerDelete customerDELETEDeletes a customer from an API source, identified by its oid.
  • get_customerGet customerGETReturns one customer of a source by oid: name, email, notes, LTV, current MRR, active and canceled flags and current plans. Personal data.
  • list_customersList customersGETLists the customers of a source with name, email, notes, LTV and current MRR and plans; search by oid, email, notes or name; sort by ltv or created. Personal data. Paginated.
  • list_metric_customersList metric customersGETLists the customers behind a metric between two dates (for example who upgraded), with each customer's MRR contribution and previous and current plans. Personal data (names, emails).
  • search_segmentSearch segmentPOSTReturns the customers matching segment query conditions without saving a segment; paginated, sortable. Read-only despite the POST. Personal data (names, emails).
  • update_customerUpdate customerPUTUpdates the name, email, notes or creation time of a customer in an API source.

Event, 7 operations

Use Baremetrics from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Baremetrics in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Baremetrics operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Baremetrics

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Baremetrics once

Add your Baremetrics connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
