Appointedd integration

Appointedd is an online booking and scheduling system. Search availability for a service, hold a time with a reservation and turn it into a booking with its participants; list, change and cancel bookings and single participants; read and manage customers in the CRM; read services, service categories, resources and resource groups, and update or delete resources. Invoice creation for a participant (its body is undocumented), webhooks (set up in the dashboard), customer postal addresses, customer custom fields, resource addresses, reschedule links and video meeting links are not exposed. Requests are limited to 10240 bytes. Authentication is your organisation's API key from Appointedd settings (Settings, API), sent in the X-API-KEY header; it can perform every API operation on the organisation.

What you can do with Appointedd

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Customer, 5 operations

Booking, 4 operations

Reservation, 3 operations
