Integration

Apacta integration

Apacta is job management software for tradespeople (craftsmen). Manage projects and sub-projects, customers (contacts) and their contact persons, offers (quotes and estimates with lines, sent to the customer by e-mail, accepted, rejected or cancelled, with a PDF), invoices and invoice lines, expenses and expense lines, products, time entries and time entry types, forms and form templates, project users, files and wall posts, activities, project statuses, employees (users), and check-in and check-out clocking records. Look up cities, countries and currencies. Updating clocking records, expenses, expense lines, forms, products, project files, project statuses, time entries, time entry types and users is not exposed because the vendor documents no request body for those edits; attaching files to an offer, the subscription self-service link and an internal project-status check are left out too. Authentication is the company's Apacta API key (found on the user in Apacta) sent as a Bearer token.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Apacta.Built from the 106 Apacta tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Apacta

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Apacta from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Apacta in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Apacta operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

Set up the MCP server step by step

How to connect Apacta

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Apacta once

Add your Apacta connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
