Aircall integration
Aircall is a cloud phone system for sales and support teams. List and search calls and read one call with its notes, tags and recording or voicemail links, read the AI transcript and summary of a call (Aircall AI package), add notes and tags to calls, start an outbound call from an agent's Aircall Workspace, list, search, read, create and update shared contacts, and list users, their live availability, phone numbers and tags. Calls, transcripts, summaries, contacts and users carry personal data, and call recordings are links to audio of real conversations. Left out: reading a single number, the teams or the company, AI topics, sentiments and action items, call transfers, archiving, recording pause and deletion, deleting contacts and editing their phone numbers and emails, managing users, teams, numbers and tags, dialer and outbound campaigns, messaging (SMS and WhatsApp), webhooks (their objects carry the webhook verification token), and the partner-only integration and insight-card routes. Authentication is HTTP Basic with an API ID as the user name and its API token as the password, created under Company Settings > API Keys.

What you can do with Aircall
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Contact, 4 operations
create_contactCreate contactPOSTCreates a contact (personal data) shared across the company. At least one phone number is required; sending the same payload twice creates two contacts.get_contactGet contactGETReturns one shared contact with its phone numbers and email addresses (personal data).list_contactsList contactsGETLists the company's shared contacts with their phone numbers and email addresses (personal data).update_contactUpdate contactPOSTUpdates the first name, last name, company or information of a shared contact. Fields you leave out keep their value; phone numbers and emails cannot be changed with this tool.
Call, 3 operations
get_callGet callGETReturns one call (personal data) with its duration, direction, status, timestamps, user, number, notes, tags and any recording or voicemail URL, valid for one hour.list_callsList callsGETLists the company's calls (last six months), oldest first unless order is desc. Calls are personal data: callers' numbers, notes, and recording and voicemail URLs of real conversations.start_outbound_callStart outbound callPOSTPlaces a real phone call: the user's Aircall Workspace (desktop) dials the number at once from one of the user's Aircall numbers. The user must be available and not on a call.
Search, 2 operations
search_callsSearch callsGETSearches the company's calls (last six months) by direction, user, phone number and date range. Calls are personal data: callers' numbers, notes, and recording and voicemail URLs.search_contactsSearch contactsGETSearches the company's shared contacts by phone number or email address. Contacts are personal data.
Tag, 2 operations
list_tagsList tagsGETLists the call tags of the company with their color.tag_callTag callPOSTTags a call with existing tags (ids from list_tags). The reference does not say whether tags already on the call are kept, so include them (from get_call) to be safe.
User, 2 operations
get_userGet userGETReturns one user, looked up by identifier or email address, with their default number (personal data of an employee).list_usersList usersGETLists the users (admins and agents) of the company with their email, availability, time zone and language (personal data of employees).
Availability, 1 operation
list_user_availabilitiesList user availabilitiesGETLists the live availability of every user (available, offline, do_not_disturb, in_call or after_call_work), for example to find who can take an outbound call.
Comment, 1 operation
comment_callComment callPOSTAdds a note to a call (at most five per call). A note cannot be edited or deleted afterwards.
Number, 1 operation
list_numbersList numbersGETLists the company's Aircall phone numbers with their country, time zone, availability and recording setting.
Ping, 1 operation
pingPingGETChecks that the API ID and token are valid; answers pong.
Summary, 1 operation
get_call_summaryGet call summaryGETReturns the AI-generated summary of an ended call. Personal data: it restates a real conversation. Needs the Aircall AI package.
Transcription, 1 operation
get_call_transcriptionGet call transcriptionGETReturns the transcript of an ended call or voicemail, utterance by utterance, with who spoke and when. Personal data: what real people said. Needs the Aircall AI package.
Use Aircall from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex
Connect Aircall in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Aircall operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect Aircall
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect Aircall once
Add your Aircall connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
