Integration

Aidbase integration

Aidbase is an AI customer support platform: a chatbot, a ticket form and an email inbox that answer from your own knowledge. Add websites, YouTube videos and FAQs as knowledge, train them and connect them to a chatbot, ticket form or email inbox; get AI replies from a chatbot; read chats, tickets and emails with their conversations (personal data), reply to tickets and emails, change their status or priority, and block a chat, ticket or email from further interaction. Left out: document upload (a signed upload URL plus a finalize step) and the API key check. Authentication is an API key created under Settings, API Keys in Aidbase with the permissions you choose, sent as a Bearer token. The vendor marks the API as beta.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Aidbase.Built from the 40 Aidbase tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Aidbase

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Knowledge, 12 operations

Use Aidbase from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Aidbase in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Aidbase operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Aidbase

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Aidbase once

Add your Aidbase connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
