Integration

AEvent integration

AEvent automates webinars (Zoom, GoToWebinar, YouTube and its own AStream platform). Read and page through registrants with their attendance (who showed up and how long they watched), sync only what changed since a time, look up a registrant with their join and replay links, update, delete, ban or unban registrants, list and inspect webinars and recurring or evergreen schedules, schedule or delete a webinar session, run a webinar a holiday canceled, and send a chat message into a live webinar. Left out: the public registration routes (the one-click link and the registration endpoint, which authenticates with a registration secret in the request body), the media upload routes and the page header script. Authentication is a Bearer API token created in the AEvent app under Settings, Developer, Tokens, with the scopes the calls need (registrants.read and webinars.read to read, registrants.write and webinars.write to change data, chat.write to post chat messages); calls are limited to 10 requests every 10 seconds.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in AEvent.Built from the 14 AEvent tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with AEvent

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Registrant, 6 operations

  • ban_registrantsBan registrantsPOSTBans real people's email addresses so they can no longer register for your webinars. Send email, emails or uuid. Changes the live account.
  • delete_registrantDelete registrantDELETEPermanently deletes a registrant, a real person's record with their personal data, by numeric uniqueID. Cannot be undone.
  • get_registrantGet registrantGETReturns one registrant (personal data) by uuid or uniqueID: contact details, location, personal join and replay links, the integrations they were synced to and their attendance.
  • list_registrantsList registrantsGETLists registrants (personal data: name, email, phone, IP address, join link) with their attendance; filter by campaign (wtl), date range, ban or unsubscribe status, or changes since a time.

  • update_registrantUpdate registrantPUTUpdates a registrant's details, a real person's personal data (name, phone, location, landing page, IP address, time zone). Send only the fields to change. Changes the live record.

Webinar, 5 operations

Use AEvent from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect AEvent in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its AEvent operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect AEvent

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect AEvent once

Add your AEvent connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
