Integration

Aero Workflow integration

Aero Workflow is practice management software for accounting and bookkeeping firms, where each piece of client work is an Aero (a task, email, appointment or other item with a checklist of steps). Create and list Aeros, add checklist steps and log time on them, create Aeros and Recurring Aeros (called Master Aeros in the API) from checklist templates, insert their occurrences, reassign them in batch, and create or read companies and contacts. Lookup lists cover team members, Aero types, hats and projects. The raw SQL select route, the password vault, the money-entity duplicates of the company routes and the plain-text connectivity check are not exposed. Authentication is the account API key, sent in the apikey header, plus the account number (Account ID), which is part of every request URL; both are under Account Settings, Account Profile.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Aero Workflow.Built from the 34 Aero Workflow tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Aero Workflow

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Aero Workflow from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Aero Workflow in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Aero Workflow operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Aero Workflow

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Aero Workflow once

Add your Aero Workflow connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
