AddEvent integration
AddEvent hosts add-to-calendar buttons, event landing pages, RSVP forms and subscribable calendars. Create, search, read, update and delete calendars and events; add, search, update and delete the RSVP attendees of an event; read and delete calendar subscribers; and list the account's RSVP forms, event and calendar templates and the supported timezones. Bulk updates are not offered by AddEvent: one object per call. Authentication is the API key from the AddEvent dashboard (Account settings), sent as a Bearer token; the free Hobby plan has no API access.

What you can do with AddEvent
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
Calendar, 5 operations
create_calendarCreate calendarPOSTCreates a calendar (only title is required) with its timezone, first weekday, description, color, landing page and embeddable templates and custom_data. Returns the new calendar with its id and public links.delete_calendarDelete calendarDELETEPermanently deletes a calendar; this cannot be undone.retrieve_calendarRetrieve calendarGETReturns one calendar: title, timezone, first weekday, description, color, templates, custom_data, subscriber and event counts, public links and timestamps.search_calendarsSearch calendarsGETLists the account's calendars, 1 to 20 per page (default 10), optionally limited to some calendar ids and sorted by created or title. Each calendar carries its title, timezone, subscriber and event counts and public links.update_calendarUpdate calendarPATCHChanges a calendar: only the fields sent are updated, the others keep their value. Accepts the same fields as create_calendar.
Event, 5 operations
create_eventCreate eventPOSTCreates an event (title and datetime_start are required) on a calendar, the default one when calendar_id is omitted: times, timezone, recurrence, location, organizer, reminder, RSVP and custom_data. Returns it with its links.delete_eventDelete eventDELETEPermanently deletes an event; this cannot be undone.retrieve_eventRetrieve eventGETReturns one event: title, calendar, start and end, timezone, recurrence, description, location, organizer, reminder, RSVP settings and answer counts, custom_data and the public landing page links.search_eventsSearch eventsGETSearches the account's events, 1 to 20 per page (default 10): by calendar or event ids, a date window (datetime_min, datetime_max), text in title, internal name, description or location, or a custom_data key and value.update_eventUpdate eventPATCHChanges an event: only the fields sent are updated, the others keep their value. Accepts the same fields as create_event.
Rsvp, 5 operations
create_rsvp_attendeeCreate rsvp attendeePOSTAdds an RSVP attendee (email, unique per event) to an event. Sends email: the event's reminder and follow-up emails go to that address, and notify=active also sends the confirmation and organizer emails.delete_rsvp_attendeeDelete rsvp attendeeDELETEPermanently deletes an RSVP attendee from its event; this cannot be undone.retrieve_rsvp_attendeeRetrieve rsvp attendeeGETReturns one RSVP attendee (personal data): email, answer, the RSVP form answers with their field labels, approximate location and timestamps.search_rsvp_attendeesSearch rsvp attendeesGETLists RSVP attendees, 1 to 20 per page (default 10), filtered by calendar ids, event ids or answer (going, maybe, not-going). Personal data: each attendee carries an email, form answers and an approximate location.update_rsvp_attendeeUpdate rsvp attendeePATCHChanges an RSVP attendee: only the fields sent (email, attending, rsvp_form_data) are updated. The event's update and reminder emails go to the attendee's email address.
Subscriber, 3 operations

Personal data: form answers such as name and email, and an approximate location.
Template, 2 operations
list_calendar_templatesList calendar templatesGETLists the account's custom calendar templates, newest first: landing page templates (type calendar-landing, the default) or embeddable calendar templates (type calendar-embed).list_event_templatesList event templatesGETLists the account's custom event landing page templates, newest first. Pass an id as landing_page_template_id to create_event or update_event.
Rsvp form, 1 operation
list_rsvp_formsList rsvp formsGETLists the account's custom RSVP forms (id, name, timestamps), newest first. Pass an id as rsvp_form_id to create_event or update_event.
Timezone, 1 operation

Connect AddEvent in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its AddEvent operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

}How to connect AddEvent
- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect AddEvent once
Add your AddEvent connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
