Integration

Accelo integration

Accelo is a professional services automation (PSA) platform for client work: sales, projects, tickets and billing. An agent can list, read and search companies, contacts, affiliations, activities (notes, emails, meetings, calls), jobs (projects), milestones, tasks, issues (tickets), requests, prospects (sales), quotes, contracts, expenses, invoices and staff, list issue, job and task statuses, create companies, contacts, affiliations, activities, jobs and requests, update companies, contacts, affiliations, jobs and issues, and delete companies, affiliations, activities, jobs and issues. Most reads return only a few default fields; pass _fields=_ALL for the rest. Not exposed: contact deactivation and the other deletes, the other update routes, progressions, profile and extension field values, timers and resource uploads. Authentication is an Accelo service application (Configuration, API, Register Application): its client ID and secret are exchanged for a token on the deployment's OAuth endpoint, and the deployment is the first part of the Accelo address (planet-express for planet-express.accelo.com).

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in Accelo.Built from the 52 Accelo tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with Accelo

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

Use Accelo from Claude Code, Cursor or Codex

Connect Accelo in LiveContext, create an API key in Settings, then add the LiveContext MCP server to your client. Its Accelo operations become tools the client can call, next to every other integration you connected.

How to connect Accelo

  1. Create your workspace

Sign up free. Nothing to install.

  2. Connect Accelo once

Add your Accelo connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.

  3. Describe the job in chat

The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
