8x8 SMS integration

8x8 SMS (part of 8x8 Connect, formerly Wavecell) sends and tracks text messages worldwide. An agent can send one SMS or a batch of up to 10,000, schedule and cancel messages, read a message's delivery status and price, export SMS logs as CSV files, send SMS Engage survey links, report the outcome of a message, erase a message's personal data, read the prepaid balance and price list, and manage the account's webhooks for inbound SMS and delivery receipts. Sending is billed per message. Authentication is an API key from the 8x8 Connect portal (Messaging, API keys) sent as a Bearer token; the connection also holds the account id, the subaccount id used to send, and the region domain of the account (8x8.com for Asia Pacific, 8x8.uk for Europe, us.8x8.com for North America, 8x8.id for Indonesia).
