Integration

360dialog WhatsApp API integration

360dialog is an official WhatsApp Business Platform provider. An agent can send WhatsApp messages (text, media, location, contacts, interactive, reactions, approved templates and marketing templates) from the business number, mark messages read with a typing indicator, upload and fetch media, create, edit, archive and compare message templates, build and publish WhatsApp Flows, manage WhatsApp groups and join requests, block users, read the number's health, business profile, username and calling settings, set the webhook URLs that receive inbound messages and statuses, read marketing reach estimates, ad insights and conversion datasets, and send RCS messages through 360dialog's RCS senders and templates. Every call acts on the WhatsApp number the API key belongs to. Not included: call answering (it needs a live WebRTC media session), custom webhook headers (set them in the 360dialog Hub), the deprecated v1 template routes, duplicate alternative routes, and the payments and Meta Business Agent APIs. Authentication is the number's 360dialog API key, generated in the 360dialog Hub (API Settings of the channel) and sent in the D360-API-KEY header; generating a new key revokes the previous ones.

Ask it in chat

Say what should happen.
The workflow builds itself.

When this happens, do that in 360dialog WhatsApp API.Built from the 102 360dialog WhatsApp API tools below, on the connection you add once.

What you can do with 360dialog WhatsApp API

Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.

Each badge shows the default agent permission of an endpoint (allowed: an agent calls it without asking; ask first: you are asked before an agent calls it, when the agent or chat asks permission for sensitive actions; never: no agent may call it), which every user can change endpoint by endpoint in their credential settings.

Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.
