15Five integration
15Five is a performance management platform. Read and manage users (one at a time or in bulk), groups, group types and people attributes; read check-ins with their answers, questions and pulse scores, and 1-on-1s; create and update objectives, key results and priorities; give and list high fives; list, update and delete vacations; and read review cycles with their participants, reviews, answers and performance measurements, plus the security audit log. Not exposed: the deprecated department and user change routes (groups and update_user replace them), the CSV variant of the 1-on-1 export, and vacation creation, whose request body the vendor does not document. Authentication is an API key created in 15Five under Settings, Features, Integrations, Public API, sent as the raw value of the Authorization header with no prefix. Rate limit: 5 requests per second.

What you can do with 15Five
Each of these is one operation on one endpoint, available both as a workflow step and as a tool an AI agent can call on its own. Nothing bundles several operations into one action, so what a run did stays readable afterwards.
Most endpoints run on the free plan. A few, mainly the ones that publish on your behalf, need a paid plan.

- Create your workspace
Sign up free. Nothing to install.
- Connect 15Five once
Add your 15Five connection in Settings. Every tool from this integration reuses it, and secrets are encrypted at rest and visible only to you.
- Describe the job in chat
The workflow builds itself in front of you and picks the endpoints it needs. Drag the steps yourself on the canvas whenever you would rather be explicit.
