About this application
Evaluates every phone screen your Vapi voice assistant runs. After each call, Vapi posts its end-of-call report to the app's webhook; the AI reads the transcript and checks it against seven hiring criteria (written for a $17 per hour driving job in Massachusetts: license, no felony, clean record, background check, drug test, full-time availability, lives in Massachusetts), pulls out the candidate's name, phone and city and state, and appends one row (name, phone, cityState, qualifies, reasoning) to your Google Sheet. Nothing is sent to the candidate. Needs Google Sheets and a Vapi assistant whose Server URL is the app's webhook address. Settings travel in that address: spreadsheet_id (your sheet) and sheet (a tab, the first one by default). Copied step for step from the n8n template 7401.
