About this application
Sorts every piece of feedback your form or app sends and posts it to the right Discord channel. Each POST to the app's webhook address, with a JSON body holding a feedback field, is read by AI (OpenAI): it is sorted into a success story, an urgent issue (only when it really hurts the client right now) or a normal ticket, and a short, friendly note with a one sentence summary is posted to the User Success Dept, IT Dept or Helpdesk channel through that channel's webhook. Anything else is not posted. Settings: one Discord webhook URL per department channel, saved once as workspace settings. Needs a Discord account connected.
