About this application
Answers every new message in your Chatwoot inboxes (website chat, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, email...) in the same conversation. Chatwoot calls the app's webhook for each new message; outgoing messages are ignored so the assistant never answers itself; the conversation history is loaded from your Chatwoot and the AI assistant replies to the last message from the knowledge base in its prompt (the template's demo knowledge base about Chatwoot's APIs, which you replace with your own), pointing to the official documentation when it cannot answer; the reply is posted back to the conversation as a public message. Needs your Chatwoot address and API access token in the workspace variables chatwoot_url and chatwoot_api_access_token (secret). Copied step for step from the n8n template 8260.
